Squash is an highly demanding racket sport, played in an enclosed court. Top players require supreme fitness, not least because the balls used by the pros (denoted by two yellow dots) barely bounce, giving you very little time to react once it hits the ground. Thankfully for beginners there are more forgiving balls, starting with the bounciest – blue – before working up seven levels to the double yellow.
