Flipguide: Handball

Handball is an incredibly popular sport, particularly in Europe, but has yet to hit to really take off here in Britain. That may come as a surprise, given that handball is a fast-pace, energetic and physical sport, sharing many characteristics with beloved sports such as football and rugby. As George Finch, the University of Lincoln first-team captain, explains, anybody who’s played much sport in their life will likely take to handball like a swan to water.

Unfortunately, handball is not readily accessible in Lincolnshire outside of the university. If you would like to give it a go, get in touch with The Showroom (Lincoln) who have run taster sessions in the past, or check out the England Handball toolkit to find out how you can help get a club up and running in your area.
