I paid a visit to the University of Lincoln Sports Centre to have a go at table tennis and produce a Flipguide, which can be found right here. Before Christmas I wrote about the formidable, gruelling, painful 12-mile obstacle course known as Tough Mudder. Since completing Tough Mudder, I have spoken to many people who like the idea in theory, but consider being electrocuted, crawling face down in mud under barbed wire and running through bales of burning haystacks somewhat… extreme.
